In the intervening weeks the building committee will do its best to plough through these documents to determine whether corrections (in such a massive undertaking there will always be errors of varying degrees in the drawings and documentation) or any small modifications are required. So this is our last opportunity to make any changes because once we have signed the contract with the builder, any significant changes driven by us will be liable for variation costs.
From December to January we will trim down to one builder that we will sign a contract with. During that period there will be negotiations over many aspects with the builder covering areas such as costs, changes to design, legal and financial matters, client-builder expectations, milestones, etc. Do continue to pray with us that we will sign on the most appropriate builder who will provide excellent construction and service at a very reasonable price.

Another exciting event is our church conference LEGACY: Leadership That Lasts. The focus of this conference is to emphasize the values that build up leadership in our homes, church and community. Principles which help us build a lasting leadership which leaves behind a legacy. It is a two-part conference with the first part targeted for our Joshua Generation and leaders in the church while the second part is open to all.
We are privileged this year to have a guest speaker Ps. Richard Green who hails from Ryde in Sydney. He leads a thriving C3 church (Christian City Church) and is well known for his leadership management as well as moving with the Holy Spirit. The C3 Ryde church currently is taking a building project faith journey like us, though on a bigger $20 million. He will be with us on the Saturday of the conference. Be there and expect God to speak to your hearts. With anticipation,
Wilson Lim
